Mr Efti, a Sales Leadership Trainer, conducted 1380+ training and public speaking sessions. He worked as a corporate trainer (Sales Leadership Trainer) with renowned corporate companies in Bangladesh. As a Sales Leadership Trainer, he worked in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia.
In the recent, he conducted sales and leadership training for Incepta Pharma, COAL India, Renata Pharma, BRAC Enterprises, United Parcel Service (UPS), SK+F Pharma, Radiant Pharma, Popular Pharma, Beacon Pharma, IBN SINA Pharma, Social Marketing Company (SMC), IHW, Guardian Life Ins, Bengal Life Ins, etc.
He was trained by a global Master Coach, author, and trainer from the Top University of the UK. He has also completed Facilitation and Training Skills from renowned trainers and the Institute of Bangladesh and Abroad. He completed his post-graduation Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Marketing. He also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Soft Skills Development (PGDSSD) from the UK.
Now, he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management at Putra Business School, UPM in Malaysia. The research topic is "Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, Training and Development, Employee Engagement is Predictors of Turnover Intention"
